Our services

We provide eCommerce growth services, including Shopify store setup and development, paid advertising, email and SMS marketing, social commerce, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each engagement are set out in the package page you choose or in a signed proposal or agreement.

Packages and payment

  • One-time packages are paid in full through our secure Stripe checkout, unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
  • Monthly packages are billed in advance each month until cancelled.
  • Prices are shown in GBP. VAT is applied where required by law: [VAT TREATMENT TO BE CONFIRMED].

Proposals and agreements

Where we issue a proposal or service agreement, that document forms part of the contract and takes precedence over these terms if they conflict.

Your responsibilities

You will provide accurate information, timely access to your store and accounts, and reasonable feedback. Delays caused by missing information may extend timelines.

Intellectual property

Work we create for you becomes yours once you have paid in full. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Our tools, templates, processes and this website remain our property.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, sales or advertising spend that results from third-party platform changes (for example Shopify, Meta, Google or TikTok policy changes).

Results

We work to improve your results but cannot guarantee specific sales, revenue or ranking outcomes, because these depend on factors outside our control.

Cancellation and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. [SOLICITOR TO CONFIRM]
