Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for packages bought from Vector & Valve LTD.. It should be read with our Terms of Service.
One-time packages (Starter, Growth and Scale Plans)
- Before work starts: you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if we have not begun any work on your project.
- After work starts: refunds are not available for work already done. We may agree a partial refund for work not yet started, at our discretion.
Monthly packages (Sales Accelerator Plan)
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- We do not refund part-months, but ad spend that you have already committed to platforms is not recoverable by us and remains your responsibility.
Custom and proposal work
Where a signed proposal or agreement sets out different payment or cancellation terms, those terms apply.
Consumer rights
If you are buying as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These are not affected by this policy.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@vectorandvalve.com with your name, the package you bought and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
